I am able to use my skill set, and to be honest, I don't even consider being a Dispatcher a job. It's all about forging relationships. I am good at communicating, so all of this came easy to me. Once I learned the industry itself, and how to navigate through, and speak the truckers language, it was all downhill from there. I can work my own schedule. I can make as much as I want, or as less as I want. I don't need a Boss to approve a pay raise for me. If I want more money, all I have to do is bring in more clients. There is no better opportunity, then the one before you now.
